Privacy Policy

A legal disclaimer

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you access or use our decentralized blockchain network, applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Chosen Blockchain”).

Our mission is to empower creators through decentralization while respecting user privacy, security, and transparency.

Due to the nature of blockchain technology, some data is inherently public, immutable, and not controlled by any single entity. Please read this policy carefully.

Our Network operates on a decentralized blockchain. Unlike traditional platforms, we do not control or store user assets, private keys, or wallets. Ownership, transactions, and token balances are recorded directly on-chain.

Key implications: Blockchain data is public and immutable by design. Transactions cannot be altered, reversed, or deleted. We cannot modify or erase on-chain data once published. By using the Network, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics.

if a user publicly associates their identity with a wallet address than one or all of the following may be publicly visible on our blockchain:

  • Wallet addresses

  • Token balances and transfers

  • Smart contract interactions

  • Creator coin issuance and distribution

This information is not personally identifiable by default but may become identifiable if a user publicly associates their identity with a wallet address.

We use collected information such as email solely to:

  • Operate and maintain Network services

  • Improve security and performance

  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and malicious activity

  • Communicate important updates

We do not track user behavior for advertising purposes.

The Network is non-custodial.

  • Users control their own wallets and private keys

  • We do not store, recover, or reset private keys

  • Loss of private keys results in permanent loss of access

You are solely responsible for:

  • Securing your wallet credentials

  • Managing access permissions

  • Verifying transaction details

We cannot recover funds, reverse transactions, or restore access under any circumstances.

Creators who issue tokens, coins, or digital assets on the Network acknowledge and agree that:

  • Cryptocurrency markets are volatile

  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible

Creators assume full responsibility for:

  • Token economics and design

  • Community expectations and communication

  • Financial outcomes, including losses

  • Compliance with applicable laws

Participation in the Network is at the creator’s own risk.

While users assume responsibility for their assets, the Network itself is built on a robust, well-funded blockchain infrastructure designed to provide long-term security and resilience.

Security measures include:

  • Distributed node architecture

  • Cryptographic transaction validation

  • Smart contract frameworks

The blockchain protocol is supported by significant funding dedicated to:

  • Infrastructure development

  • Ongoing security audits

  • Network maintenance and upgrades

Important clarification:
Funding of the blockchain does not constitute insurance, guarantee of protection against market losses or transactional user error.

All smart contracts deployed on the Network are:

  • Publicly viewable on-chain

  • Executed exactly as written

  • Enforced by the protocol

Users are responsible for reviewing contract logic before interacting. We do not guarantee outcomes, returns, or performance of any creator-issued assets.

Smart contracts replace middlemen with verifiable code. Once deployed, they execute exactly as written and cannot be secretly altered.

In this network, smart contracts act as the backbone of security, ownership, and monetization for creators and their communities.

When a creator launches a coin, a smart contract:

Defines the total supply

Controls how tokens are minted and distributed

Prevents unauthorized creation of new tokens

This ensures fairness and prevents manipulation or hidden inflation.

Smart contracts record who owns:

  • Creator coins

  • Digital assets

  • Revenue streams

Ownership is tied to wallets, not platform accounts, meaning no one can revoke or reassign it.

We do not share personal data except:

  • When legally required

  • To prevent fraud or security threats

  • With trusted service providers under strict confidentiality

Blockchain data is shared inherently by protocol design.

Our website may use minimal cookies for:

  • Session functionality

  • Security monitoring

  • Performance optimization

We do not use invasive tracking or behavioral advertising.

The Network is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not collect personal information from minors.

Users are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws and regulations. We make no representations regarding the legality of blockchain or digital assets in any jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted publicly. Continued use of the Network constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

By accessing or using the Network, you:

  • Acknowledge the decentralized nature of blockchain technology

  • Accept full responsibility for your assets and actions

  • Understand that losses may occur

  • Agree to this Privacy Policy in full
